Workshop channels creativity to deal with grief

“Reframing the Grief Journey,” a workshop that focuses on using one’s creative spirit to cope with grief through activities such as art, music and song, will be held March 31 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Koolau Golf Club in Kaneohe.

The cost is $55 a person and includes lunch, refreshments and workshop materials. One of the event’s sponsors is St. Francis Hospice. Call Sandy Pohl (521-1812) or Felicia Marquez-Wong (547-6822) for more information.
