-- Maurice J. Sullivan Family Hospice Center: A 24-bed facility on the grounds of St. Francis Medical Center-West

-- Hospice home care: Provides hospice care to the terminally ill in their own homes

-- A personal response service to summon emergency help at the press of a button

-- Health services for parishes and their surrounding communities, empowering parishioners to take an active role in the healing ministry of Christ

Mobile Care Vans
