St. Nicholas visits Ewa Beach

Third graders at Our Lady of Perpetual Help School in Ewa Beach discover a treat in their shoes which they had left outside their classroom before watching the animated video “Nicholas, the Boy Who Became Santa.” Stuffing shoes is how St. Nick, the original Santa, distributed his goodies. Imitating the saint’s example, the students joined the school in the diocesan “Star Bright-Star Light Program” which provides gifts to children whose mothers are incarcerated (See back page).
