Damien names director of institutional advancement
 
Damien Memorial School has named David Gibson of Kaneohe as its new director of institutional advancement. His duties include directing the development office and fundraising.

Gibson had been the senior director of communications and development for the Arizona Memorial Museum Association for the past two years, and its communications and grants director for two years before that.

He also worked for Susannah Wesley Community Center for nine years as quality management director, development director and program director.

Gibson studied arts and sciences at Columbia University, the University of Buffalo and at the University of Hawaii. He received a BA in human resources management from Hawai Loa College in 1990.
