Walking for Mary

Participants in the 13th annual Marian Public Procession pray the rosary along Ainakoa Avenue, near Star of the Sea Church in Waialae-Kahala, on Our Lady’s Feast of the Most Holy Rosary, Oct. 7. The event was sponsored by parishioners, and spearheaded by the Third Order of Mary, Reparation to the Immaculate Heart of Mary Association and the Knights of Co1umbus #7156. More than 150 people attended Mass celebrated by Blessed Sacrament Father Patrick Labasano, parochial vicar at Star of the Sea. The annual procession was for world peace and to celebrate Respect Life Month.
