New St. Francis website part of branding effort

St. Francis Healthcare System of Hawaii has launched a new website: www.stfrancishawaii.org.

The site features an updated look and details St. Francis’ five subsidiaries and community based programs and services.

Highlights include the organization’s mission and vision, historical timeline, a calendar of events, and giving opportunities.

In the future, the website will also support online donations, employee recruitment and patient referrals.

The site’s banner features a portrait of Blessed Marianne Cope and images of Kalaupapa, Molokai taken by photographer Kim Taylor Reece.

The new website — along with an updated logo, new print ads and radio spots — are all part of the branding initiatives recommended by The Brand Strategy Group.

“The new website provides us with an online presence that not only honors our legacy of caring, but also reflects who we are today as a vibrant health care organization that is focused on community based care,” said Sister of St. Francis Agnelle Ching, chief executive officer of St. Francis Healthcare System.

“We invite everyone to visit our website and learn more about all of our different programs and services,” she said in a news release announcing the site.
