  • Barbara Akeo, parish administrator of St. John Vianney, Kailua, diocesan volunteer
  • Mary Beth Aldosa, teacher and founder of music program at St. Joseph School, Waipahu
  • Father James Berry, founding pastor of St. Jude Parish, Kapolei, served diocese for 22 years on Oahu, the Big Island and Maui
  • Sister Ana Pauline Carrigan, Sister of St. Joseph of Carondelet, long-time educator, librarian for Holy Trinity School in Kuliouou
  • Deacon James Carroll, served for 22 years at St. Anthony Parish, Kailua
  • Marianist Brother Clarence Chew, first Chinese-American Marianist, Hawaii-born teacher who served in Hawaii, California, Korea and Japan
  • Sister Raymunda Clark, Sister of Charity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, taught at St. Catherine School, Kauai, for 10 years
  • Diane Esdicul, long-time Catholic educator and assistant principal of St. Joseph, Waipahu, former Franciscan Sister of Christian Charity
  • Sacred Hearts Father Clement Geysen, Belgian missionary who served at Hawaii parishes for 32 years
  • Franciscan Sister Francine Gries, nurse and Hawaii hospice pioneer
  • Sister Evangelita Hughes, a Sister of Charity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, taught for seven years at Holy Cross School, Kauai
  • Deacon George Kagehiro, served for 12 years at Our Lady of Sorrows Parish, Wahiawa
  • Robert Lippi, Diocese of Honolulu’s chief financial officer and treasurer for six years
  • Msgr. William Mattimore, retired military chaplain, served at Hawaii parishes 15 years, most recently as administrator of St. George, Waimanalo
  • Sister Mary Jerome Mulligan, Sister of St. Joseph of Carondelet, long-time Hawaii Catholic educator
  • Nellie McCarthy, Kalaupapa resident, nurse and “soul” of St. Francis Church
  • Norman Nakamoto, former Catholic Youth Organization executive director, retired Catholic Charities Hawaii development and parish relations director
  • Hawaii-born Marianist Brother Franklin Pao, Hawaiian culture conservator, teacher and chanter
  • Maryknoll Sister Anna Marian Pavao, Hawaii-born educator, was a religious for 61 years
  • Sacred Hearts Sister Mary Rose Perry, spent “probation” year in Hawaii, retired here in 2002
  • Marianist Brother James Roberts, artist, former faculty member of Chaminade University of Honolulu and designer of its Mystical Rose Oratory
  • Sister Rose Anthony Tanio, Hawaii-born Sister of St. Joseph of Carondelet, teacher, advocate for the poor and spiritual advisor
  • Carol Ann West, Catholic educator, principal of St. Catherine School, Kauai, for 15 years
  • Sacred Hearts Father Paul Zegers, Belgian missionary who served in Hawaii parishes for 55 years
